Head of Finance and AccountsRajendra Kumar is the Head of Finance and Accounts at Accquor, leading financial strategy and operations across the Saffron Group of Companies, including Collar Search and Saffron Tech. With over 11 years of hands-on experience in accounting process management, Rajendra brings deep operational expertise in setting up scalable, efficient, and compliant financial systems for businesses across industries.
At Accquor, Rajendra spearheads end-to-end finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, compliance, forecasting, and audit coordination. He focuses on helping global businesses streamline back-office finance operations by implementing process automation, optimizing reporting cycles, and ensuring fiscal accountability.
He also holds Multiple leadership roles as Head of Accounts at Collar search, Saffron Tech and JOP , where he has successfully built financial infrastructure that scales with growth. Rajendra is known for building unified finance teams that work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and HR to create transparent systems that support more intelligent decision-making.
Academically, he holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Com (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. His core strengths include GAAP compliance, budget forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting automation.
